This site is operated by Kiln Network Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17324534), registered office East Lodge, Kartway House, Lugwardine, Hereford, HR1 4AE. We are committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

    Our standard

    We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 Level AA, and are reviewing and improving the site against it. This site is operated from the United Kingdom; disability discrimination in the provision of services is governed, for us as a UK operator, by the Equality Act 2010.

    We are auditing the site for keyboard access, screen-reader support, colour contrast, text alternatives and clear page structure, and fixing issues as we find them. This is active, ongoing work.
